Along with lockdown restrictions lifting, the Worthing Larks have flown enthusiastically back to Downsbrook to dance once more. Hooray! Practicing in sixes has been challenging, and for the last few weeks we have been out bi-weekly in various groups and weathers (including a snow shower!) to start mastering our core dances once more in preparation for performing when we are able and up to standard. Our Foreman needed something to keep himself busy with whilst we were in Lockdown and Up With The Larks, a new Broadwater Tradition dance, has emerged with the spring to put a new spring into our step as we get up and running as a functioning Side again. I think it’s safe to say that he has succeeded!
Happy as a Lark to be Dancing Again
